This brief howto is for nice syntax coloring in WebSVN. By design it uses enscript which did not work for me. The enscript html is too ancient.</description>

Svn repositories have one of two available backends: BerkelyDB or the file system (fsfs). The latter is more stable, allows anonymous access without write permissions to the files, and is generally smaller in size. It might be slower but in most cases this is hardly an issue.</description>
